Physical Products (if applicable)
Occasionally, Sapphire Planner may offer physical products such as printed planners or merchandise.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. International shipping may take longer.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and order weight.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
- Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Sapphire Planner is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details at erica@sapphireplanner.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
